EBAS Antigua provides professional services including, but not limited to:
Accounting and bookkeeping
Financial reporting
CFO advisory services
Business consulting and support
Service details, scope, and fees are confirmed in writing prior to payment.
2. Payment Terms
Payments are required:
At the time of booking for consultations, or
Upon issuance of an electronic invoice for agreed services
All payments are processed securely online via Visa and Mastercard.
Transaction Currency: United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Services commence only after payment confirmation.
3. Pricing
All prices are clearly communicated before payment. Custom services are billed according to agreed proposals or invoices.
4. Service Delivery
Services may be delivered:
Virtually (email, video conference, secure document exchange)
In person at our office in Antigua and Barbuda
Delivery timelines are provided at the time of engagement and depend on the scope of work and receipt of required client information.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary to perform the services. Delays in providing documentation may affect delivery timelines.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (see separate page).
7. Limitation of Liability
EBAS Antigua is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.
