Refund and Cancellation Policy

EBAS Antigua provides professional services that involve time, expertise, and resource allocation. As such, refunds are limited.

Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Ongoing or Project-Based Services

Payments for ongoing services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or preparation costs.

Company Cancellation

If EBAS Antigua is unable to deliver a paid service, a full or partial refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
